I meet Red Skelton grand-nephew.

I went to Mansfield, OH. Red Skelton's brothers Denny and Paul moved there around 1928. There are stories that Red Skelton also lived there for awhile. I went to do research and found Denny's grave and his grandson. I will work on details and post results soon.
