Street named after Red Skelton.

Robbins: Rusty McGregor with the city street department puts up the last of the new Red Skelton Boulevard signs on what used to be Portland Avenue. The city council last month approved a request from Vincennes University to rename the street, which runs in front of the Red Skelton Performing Arts Center, 20 Red Skelton Blvd.. The center will be the site of this year’s Red Skelton Gala on June 14. Grammy-winning performer Crystal Gayle will headline the event.
